Clos Maria 2007 (Garnacha blanca, Moscatel de Grano Menudo, Chenin and Macabeo)

TASTING NOTES:
- View: Clos Maria 2007 is a unique factory made white in the Montsant Serrat.
- Nose: Its complex aroma is floral and fruity notes balanced by smoky characteristic of aging in barrels, which have been in tune with the mineralized slate soil.
- Palate: Oily and volume, at a time. It has a long journey and a very persistent final.

VINEYARD: Bodegas Mas Perinet.
STAY IN BARRELS: Stay 9 months in French oak barrels.
GRAPES: White Grenache (65%), small grain Moscatel (19%) and Chenin (16%).

OPTIMAL USE: Ideal with smoked fish and paellas. Serve at 9 ° C.
